Licence agreement for Barcode-DLL-Kit

1. Right to use

This licence gives the licensee the rights to use the DATHO Barcode-DLL-Kit for developing applications on a personal computer. Depending on the licence range the Kit includes 0, 20 or 200 runtime licences.

2. Range of the licence

The licensee purchases the right of using the compiled functions in his own application(s), if barcode printing is not a main feature of the application. Further the Barcode-DLL-Kit or parts of it may not be included in devoloping tools. In particular it is not allowed to develope a labelprint-program, that is sold separately. The passing-on of samples, definition- and library-files, etc. is strictly forbidden.

3. Copyright

Copyright owner and author of the software is DATHO Datensysteme GmbH.

4. Object of the agreement

Object of the agreement are the files on the disk resp. the transfered files.

5. Copies

It is allowed to make only one complete security-backup.
Further the program may be installed and used only at one computer (terminal).

6. Warranty

We give a 6 month warranty to this program since the date of the bill.
In this period the licensee has the right of free elimination of errors, which handicap the program that way, that it can't be used.

7. Exclusion of liability

We are not responsible for damages, that originate from the using or from errors of the program or the sources.
